Elite Edge Biotech is committed to delivering your research products safely, securely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our fulfillment procedures, delivery timelines, coverage areas, and customer responsibilities.
1. Delivery Coverage Areas
- We ship to all valid addresses within the United States.
- Some research compounds may be subject to carrier or destination-specific shipping restrictions.
- If your order cannot be shipped due to regulatory limitations, you will be notified promptly.
2. Order Fulfillment & Transit Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or recognized holidays.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 7PM PST will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.
- Delivery timelines vary based on:
- Destination
- Shipping method selected at checkout
- Carrier transit times
Possible causes of delays (not guaranteed by Elite Edge Biotech):
- Carrier operational delays
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters or emergencies
- Security or customs holds
- Carrier backlog
- Public health restrictions
Elite Edge Biotech is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Free Shipping: Free shipping over a specific order value of $200.
Standerd Shipping: We use USPS Express Shipping. It usually takes 3-4 days after processing, depending on the destination. We charge a flat $13 for any location in the USA.
We process orders from Monday – Friday; the cut-off time is 7:00 pm PST
Processing time is 1-3 days.
Shipping will take 3-4 days
Total delivery time is 4-7 days
4. Package Tracking
- Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
- If you do not receive a tracking email within 24 hours after order processing, please contact:

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
Reporting Window:
Missing or damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Required Information for Damaged Shipments:
- Customer Name
- Address
- Photos of the product
- Photos of external packaging
- Order number
We will assist with filing investigations or claims with the carrier.
Important Notice:
Elite Edge Biotech is not liable for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not located by the customer.
For secure delivery, we recommend:
- Shipping to safe, monitored addresses
6. Product Handling & Storage Responsibilities
Many research-use peptides require specific storage conditions such as:
- 2–8°C refrigeration, or
- –20°C freezing (depending on the compound)
Once your order is delivered:
- Proper storage becomes your responsibility.
- Failure to store products correctly may void eligibility for:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Replacements
Storage requirements are listed on product pages and included in shipment documentation.
7. Address Accuracy & Modifications
- Customers must provide accurate, complete shipping addresses at checkout.
- Elite Edge Biotech is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable:
You may be responsible for:
- Return shipping fees
- Restocking fees
Refunds for returned packages will be processed minus:
- Original shipping costs
- Applicable fees
